We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & We accept debit cards. We accept checks: A check must accompany the order, including ESTIMATED freight charges, unless credit terms have been approved prior to order processing.
We accept customer credit terms which are NET 30(days) from ship date, unless otherwise authorized with approved credit. A service charge of 5% will be added to any balance not paid within 30 days from the invoice date.
Past due accounts may be turned over for collection. If there are any attorney fees involved, the customer will be liable for those fees. No further orders will be processed and or shipped if the account has a past due amount!

Production Time:
Printed or Embroidered items are normally produced in seven(7) to ten(10) working days after all artwork is approved.
Production can vary depending on availability and season. If you do not want the order to ship before a specific date, please mark your order "DO NOT SHIP BEFORE (Date)!"

Acceptable Artwork.
Please supply us with vector artwork. Email your artwork to hatterasemb@atmc.net
We accept: .ai, .eps, .pdf (if vector) and files from Corel Draw x3 or older versions
It is very important that your artwork is in vector format when sent to us. If you simply cannot provide a vector file, please try to supply us with a single layer image file of at least 300dpi. We'll accept (at 300dpi) .tiff, .jpg. If artwork is not a high enough resolution to work from, we may need to recreate your artwork at $45/hr. This helps ensure the best quality possible.
We do not accept: Photographs unless they are at 300dpi and is intended to be used for a 4 color process job. Business cards, low resolution images from a website, and word document files; Unless the text in document file is expanded/outlined we can't accept it. Artwork sent by fax. Screens and halftones are not recommended. If you request a custom or specific design, we are happy to create your artwork for$45/hr.
